Why Conversely?

Hi, I’m Charles Stewart. The Creator of Conversely.

I have been a Language Arts Teacher for the past decade, including a year abroad in China. Over my experiences and career I’ve seen time and again not only the power of stories, literature, and discussions, but how important face-to-face conversations are. About the things that make us human, make us whole, and make us feel alive!

I’ve designed numerous gamified simulations for my class including having a Sims-esque elective where students rent their desks and cars, a Frankenstein Mock Trial, and even a Werewolf-inspired To Kill A Mockingbird Simulation.

I am also a boardgame collector, a creative-writer, an editor of 3 books, and a Dungeon-master who even has even incorporated DnD it into my teaching. And a husband to a beautiful wife and father of an incredible son. And I’ve poured all these diverse experiences into making sure Conversely is not only engaging, but fun! 

Conversely was designed with anyone and everyone in mind. Trying to give us all a few more with truly engaging, life-changing conversations more often.
